A QUICK INTRO

If somehow you ended up here, I’d like to welcome you in my little virtual world. So, let’s begin…...

You might be curious as to the title “Banbogi”. It’s a Korean word which means ‘meeting at midpoint’. In ancient times married woman were not allowed to spend the night at their parent’s house so they used to meet at a midpoint between the two places (I saved you some googling, you’re most welcome!!!)

I watched it in a kdrama (we’ll talk about it later), where it was used for people (basically in a romantic relationship) meeting during lunch breaks, at a midpoint between their companies, for a quick recharge. I loved the context, so I chose this name. A quick meeting point for us, where I’ll share my stuff and you can share yours in the comment😊.

Now about me, I am a young Gen Z’s messed up person who entered adulthood but is not much fond of the world of grown-ups. That’s it for the intro (be patient with my grammar, am working on it😅 )

Cage

At the end I couldn't escape This cage And how could I When it's made of  My very bones  And locked by My very blood I sit staring At that enchanted door Only once did it open  Or so I thought  And I went out Or so did I remember  Was it all a facade Who cares Because after all All I could do was To pretend  Smiles Tears Worries Fears I could no longer differentiate  What was originally  Mine But who cares When at the end I returned  Or thrown back Into this cage again Would it have been better If I never realised  Lived all my life  Happily confined I have this thought sometimes  Because going out was no better  I got tired Of people  Of myself Of this envy  How do they do that? What are you scared of ?
